Emergency Medicine Physician – Department of Emergency Medicine. Longwood Specialty Physicians (LSP) at Beth Israel Deaconess (BID) – Plymouth is seeking a high‑energy, board‑eligible or board‑certified Emergency Medicine Physician to join our staff of dynamic, highly regarded ED practitioners. This is a full‑time position in Plymouth, Massachusetts.
Residency trained; board eligible or certified in Emergency Medicine. Massachusetts state licensure.
BID – Plymouth is a 170‑bed acute care community hospital located an hour south of Boston, MA and 45minutes east of Providence, RI, serving more than 250,000 residents in Plymouth and Barnstable counties. The hospital offers a 45‑bed ED with dedicated Fast Track and a separate 7‑bed Behavioral Health unit, Primary Stroke Center status, on‑site acute PCI, excellent sub‑specialty back‑up, a 30% admission rate from the ED, and 46,000 annual ED visits.
Longwood Specialty Physicians (LSP) is a network of practitioners committed to providing community care close to home and delivering world‑class medical expertise. LSP is associated with Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (HMFP) and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), offering access to innovative research, advanced education, and a network of 680+ providers.
Pay Range: $285,000 – $375,000. The base pay range reflects what HMFP reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations.
In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance‑based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality.
