Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage in North Carolina. The ideal candidate is board certified, with NC license, and current ACLS/ATLS/BLS credentials.

• Board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with active North Carolina medical license.
• ACLS, ATLS and BLS certifications required.
• Must be Board Certified and have a current NC medical license, with DEA as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency medical care to ED patients.
• Collaborate with ED team and ancillary staff to manage patient flow and outcomes.
• Utilize Meditech EMR for documentation and orders.

This facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Volume: 15 Beds at 65 patients a day
• Shift times: 7:30pp-7:30aa Various Days
• Backup specialties available: Yes
• Physician and ancillary support: Yes
• EMR: Meditech
• Certifications required: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) and Basic Life Support(BLS).
• Must be Board Certified, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and have an active North Carolina state medical license.
