Bring Better to the Bedside as an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant at Sweetwater Freestanding ER in North Augusta, SC.

Local Team Collaboration:

• Join our collaborative, close-knit team of 6 physicians and 5 APPs at Sweetwater ER.
• Work alongside a diverse group of clinicians with a wide range of expertise and experience.
• Provide care across three sites in the Aiken area, including Aiken Regional Medical Center, Sweetwater ER, and our new Martintown Road ER location opening this fall.
• Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools.
• Stable, well-staffed teams: cohesive teams aligned on our patient-first culture of excellence, which means less reliance on premium temp labor and more predictable shifts.

• Flexible scheduling and opportunity to work between 2 FSED's and Aiken Regional.
