Here, you’ll practice alongside care teams that work seamlessly across Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, and Critical Care—creating smoother transitions, stronger accountability, and better outcomes for the communities we serve.

Local Team Collaboration:

Join our collaborative, close-knit team of 6 physicians and 5 APPs at Sweetwater ER. Work alongside a diverse group of clinicians with a wide range of expertise and experience. Provide care across three sites in the Aiken area, including Aiken Regional Medical Center, Sweetwater ER, and our new Martintown Road ER location opening this fall. Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools. Stable, well-staffed teams: cohesive teams aligned on our patient-first culture of excellence, which means less reliance on premium temp labor and more predictable shifts.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified Physician Assistant.
• 1-2 years of emergency medicine experience.
• A collaborative team player with a patient-centered approach.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

Flexible scheduling and opportunity to work between 2 FSED's and Aiken Regional. Opportunities for part-time and full-time roles, accommodating your professional and personal needs.
