Qualifications

• Active Texas medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Active DEA registration with Texas address
• Current ACLS and ATLS certifications
• Active, unrestricted ED practice within the past 12 months

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medicine coverage in a Level III Trauma Center setting
• Participate in moderate and deep sedation as required
• Submit case logs/case summaries for privileges and maintain documentation
• Complete FPPE within 6 months of initial privileges
