gobravvo seeks a Locum Emergency Medicine Physician to cover a Level IV Trauma Center in Texas for a 6–12 month assignment, with travel and lodging provided. The role requires MD or DO with residency in EM, FM, IM, or General Surgery and active Texas licensure.

Typical shifts run 7a–7p and 7p–7a, with 24-hour ED coverage and expedited privileges available. Start is September 2026, and credentialing includes case logs and CME documentation.

Qualifications

• Completion of residency in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or General Surgery.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in Emergency Medicine or a related specialty.
• Active, unrestricted Texas medical license required prior to presentation.
• Active Texas DEA with a Texas address and Schedules II, IIN, III, IIIN, IV & V.
• EM Board Certified: No additional certifications required; Non-EM Board Certified: BLS/ACLS/PALS/ATLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour ED physician coverage at a Level IV Trauma Center in Texas.
• Staff day and night shifts as scheduled (7a–7p and 7p–7a) and participate in credentialing activities.

We are seeking a Locum Emergency Medicine Physician to provide coverage at a Level IV Trauma Center in Texas.

Opportunity Highlights
