Job summary

Stormont Vail HealthCare, Inc. seeks an Emergency Department Advance Practice Provider (APP) to deliver advanced nursing and patient care in a fast-paced ED setting. The APP works independently and with physicians, planning treatments, and coordinating care for ED/trauma patients.

Master’s level education with national certification eligibility is required; APRN/PA licensure is mandatory. ACLS/PALS/ATLS are required within specified timelines. Weekend/night shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s prepared with national certification eligibility.
• Graduate of an accredited PA/APRN program.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care for ED/Trauma patients in outpatient settings.
• Evaluate health status, perform history and physical exams.
• Coordinate care across the health care continuum.
