Marshall Medical Centers is seeking an Emergency Medical Technician to provide life support care in pre-hospital settings under state protocols and medical control physicians. You will assess patients, administer initial treatments, monitor vital signs, and coordinate with hospital staff to ensure rapid, safe transport.

The ideal candidate holds a Alabama EMSP EMT license, a valid driver's license, and Healthcare Provider CPR, with strong math, reading, and writing skills for documenting care

Qualifications

• Diploma or GED required with EMSP EMT licensure in Alabama.
• CPR certification and valid driver\'s license required.
• Strong ability to read, interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Assesses nature and extent of illness or injury to establish and prioritize medical procedures to be followed or need for additional assistance.
• Works efficiently to restore and stabilize cardiac, pulselessness, non-breathing patients.
• Administers initial treatment at emergency scene and takes and records patient\'s vital signs.
• Maintains driving status and communicates with hospital/TCC personnel.
• Maintains credentials and documents patient care in approved reporting methods.
• Keeps vehicle and station clean and ready; assists in coordinating additional personnel on scene.
