Job summary

Providence Medical Center – Kansas City, KS (Sporting KC) is seeking a PRN Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to support Sporting KC events, delivering rapid medical care and coordinating with on-site medical teams. The role requires at least 1 year of EMT or Paramedic experience, a current state license, and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Per Diem shifts are variable, and accuracy in documentation is essential.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):

• To move forward in this position, you must have at least 1 year of experience as an EMT or Paramedic**
• Provide emergency medical response and care during Sporting KC soccer events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent or related experience required for new hires effective April 2014.
• Basic EMT Training or E.R. experience required.
• Current and valid state license
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Current PALS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
