Sporting KC is seeking a Per Diem Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to provide emergency medical response at its soccer events. You will assess patients, deliver first aid, and collaborate with on-site teams to ensure rapid and effective care in a dynamic environment.

Must have at least 1 year of EMT or paramedic experience, a current state license, and ongoing BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. Per diem hours and shifts may vary by event.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent or related experience required for new hires.
• Basic EMT Training or ER experience required.
• Current and valid state license is required.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certificates must be current upon hire.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):

**To move forward in this position, you must have at least 1 year of experience as an EMT or Paramedic**

• Provide emergency medical response and care during Sporting KC soccer events.
• Conduct assessments of patients' conditions to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Deliver prompt first-aid interventions and utilize medical equipment effectively.
• Collaborate with on-site medical teams, security, and emergency services.
• Implement emergency management protocols tailored for sporting events.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records and reports.

Qualifications

Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers. You must have:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent or related experience required for new hires effective April 2014.
• Basic EMT Training or E.R. experience required.
• Current and valid state license
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Current PALS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
