Job summary

Frey Consulting Group in Northeast Ohio is seeking EMTs to join an established EMS organization serving Cleveland, Youngstown and surrounding markets. The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with pay ranging from $20 to $34 per hour based on experience, certification, and assignment.

As an EMT you will work with dispatchers, paramedics and hospital teams to provide safe, professional patient care during emergency and non-emergency transports, with opportunities to support

Qualifications

• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency, urgent, and scheduled medical transportation requests.
• Assess patients and provide care within EMT scope of practice.
• Safely transport patients from scenes to facilities.
• Monitor patients during transport and communicate condition changes.
• Complete accurate ePCR reports and coordinate with dispatch and receiving facilities.
• Inspect vehicle, equipment, and supplies before and during shifts.
• Maintain a clean, stocked ambulance ready for calls.

Summary

Join an established and growing emergency medical services organization serving communities throughout Northeast Ohio.

This team provides a wide range of emergency and non-emergency medical transportation services, including BLS, ALS, Specialty Care Transport, hospital-to-hospital transportation, and event medical coverage.

For EMTs looking to build their experience, the variety here is a major advantage. Depending on your assignment and interests, you may support hospital partners, interfacility transports, emergency calls, or medical coverage at sporting events, concerts, races, and other large-scale events.

What You'll Do

As an EMT, you will work alongside dispatchers, paramedics, hospital teams, and other healthcare professionals to provide safe, professional, and compassionate patient care.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Responding to emergency, urgent, and scheduled medical transportation requests
• Assessing patients and providing care within your EMT scope of practice
• Safely transporting patients from emergency scenes, healthcare facilities, and other locations
• Monitoring patients throughout transport and communicating changes in condition
• Completing accurate and timely electronic patient care reports (ePCR)
• Communicating with dispatch, receiving facilities, paramedics, and other members of the care team
• Inspecting your assigned vehicle, equipment, and medical supplies before and during your shift
• Maintaining a clean, stocked, and ready-to-respond ambulance

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you should have:

• Current CPR/BLS certification
