Job summary

Licking County Government is seeking a capable administrative professional to support the Homeland Security/Emergency Management Department. You will provide customer service and office support to ensure efficient operations, maintain records, and handle financial and procurement tasks.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience. Certifications ICS-100/200/700/800 within a year of hire are required. Salary ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Receives and screens incoming departmental phone calls and directs inquiries.
• Operates computer to produce materials and maintains records.
• Manages budget tracking and procurement processes.
• Coordinates EOC operations and standby readiness.
• Responds to 24/7 EOC activations as needed.
