Job summary

You will design, develop, facilitate, and manage trainings—both in person and live online—apply adult learning theory, and work with internal subject matter experts and external vendors to produce engaging, concise content for the NYCEM Academy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and expansion of leadership development programs and coaching across NYCEM.
• Design, develop, facilitate, and manage trainings (in person and live online) for a variety of topics including leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence.
• Apply adult learning theory and instructional design principles to create engaging training content for the NYCEM Academy.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and external vendors to produce concise, accurate materials and ensure smooth training operations.
