Responsibilities

• Oversee the EOC Finance desk, supervising Purchasing, Fiscal, Travel, and Budget Units.
• Develop staffing patterns to support SERT activities.
• Track event costs with state finance offices and compile daily cost estimates.
• Report mission costs to the SERT Chief and SCO, ensuring budget sufficiency and federal funds.
• Purchase necessary items for SERT and secure food vendor contracts for SEOC meals.
• Monitor and document personnel overtime and update statuses.
• Support SERT demobilization with financial closeouts and ensure timely Situation Report completion.
• All other duties as assigned.
