Job summary

Global Medical Response invites you to join a team of emergency medical experts, pilots and mechanics. The Base Pilot Supervisor oversees base operations and ensures compliance with FARs and company manuals, leading the line pilots and coordinating flight planning.

The position offers incentives including a $5,000 annual Base Pilot Supervisor stipend, a salary range of $106,511–$117,162 with a 20% geo modifier, a $15,000 sign-on bonus, and 7/7 schedule, plus 24-hour base housing.

Qualifications

• 2000 hours total flight time
• 1500 hours helicopter time
• 1000 hours helicopter PIC
• 500 hours turbine
• 100 hours night unaided or 50 hours unaided + 100 hours aided

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and training to Base Line Pilots
• Develops pilot duty schedules with Regional Director of Flight Operations
• Coordinates flight planning and mission support resources
• Conducts new hire pilot orientations
• Coordinates aviation activities for PR events
• Submits monthly flight/duty logs to Regional Director
• Monitors pilots and assists in day-to-day flight/administrative issues
• Manages payroll grids for base pilots
• Operates aircraft safely and in compliance with Rotorcraft Flight Manual
• Monitors weather and forecast changes
• Performs preflight inspections and records discrepancies
