Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of professional accounting or related experience.
• A post-secondary degree in accounting or a related field may substitute for years of experience on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the P-Card scoped administrator and manage P-Card processes, training, and SOP maintenance.
• Track financial coding, invoicing, payroll, requisitions, and contracts in FL AIR, PALM, FACTS, MFMP, and DEMES; ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor disaster-related expenditures and assist with federal/state reimbursement documentation and subgrant management.
• Support Emergency Operation Center activation work and related financial management duties as needed.
• Assist with management of federal and state grant programs and assist with grant applications and closeouts.
• Compile financial data and prepare monthly summaries of expenditures, revenues, and balances for state and federal awards.
• Provide daily coordination for financial management data across Bureaus and programs.
