Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program and RN license in the state of Indiana.
• Within 5 years of employment as an RN, obtain a BSN or certification in your area of specialty.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-risk, high-frequency technical procedures in accordance with standards.
• Prioritize patient care activities based on acuity and needs.
• Identify and respond to physical or emotional health risks with corrective actions.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Communicate effectively with team members to achieve positive outcomes.
• Support professional development of peers through role modeling and precepting.
• Advocate for patients and families to ensure appropriate care and outcomes.
