Qualifications

• Ability to operate a computer-aided dispatch system and radio equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and evaluate police and emergency calls.
• Dispatch public safety units via CAD system.
• Maintain unit location and status records.
• Enter and retrieve data from records and databases.
• Attend required training and drills; prepare reports.
