Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from high school and be able to multitask.
• Must pass CritiCall test with 85%+ overall score.
• Must be available to work all shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Background check, fingerprinting and other pre-employment assessments required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and evaluate emergency and non-emergency calls for service.
• Monitor status of public safety personnel and equipment; dispatch as needed.
• Provide life-saving instructions and coordinate with law enforcement, fire and EMS.
• Operate CAD, 911 and radio systems; maintain situational awareness during incidents.
