Responsibilities

• Receive emergency and police calls and route data to dispatch center.
• Identify caller concerns and determine if police response is needed.
• Operate multi-line phone system and triage calls per procedures.
• Provide information on licenses, records, and police processes.
• Enter data into computer systems and support department records.
• Assist with court orders, reports, and public records requests.
