Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. in Utah seeks a Protocol Instructor to train students in the Priority Dispatch System Protocols, delivering high-quality instruction in person or remotely and maintaining thorough documentation.

You will work with IAED discipline experts and PDC protocol specialists, providing expert answers and facilitating workshops to keep training materials current. Expect significant travel and flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS Degree in Business, Leadership, Management, Adult Learning or equivalent.
• Current Emergency Dispatch Instructor certification with at least five years of experience.
• Strong presentation skills and excellent customer service.
• Ability to teach several individuals of various computer skill levels.
• Must handle travel and long trips; flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provides Priority Dispatch System Protocol instruction meeting IAED and PDC requirements.
• Some software instruction may be provided remotely or in person.
• Training preparation, pre-class contact, and post-class documentation.
• Serve as a discipline-specific expert for questions from students and client agencies.
• Participate in workshops, conferences, and demonstrations to maintain certification.
• All other duties as assigned.
