Arnot Health in Elmira, NY seeks an Emergency Room/SANE Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ED. Responsibilities include rapid assessments, medication administration, IV therapy, and trauma care as part of a collaborative team.

The role requires NYS RN licensure (or eligible), BLS/ACLS, and offers a night shift with weekend/holiday rotation. Competitive wages, a $35,000 sign-on bonus for qualified RNs, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Current NYS nursing licensure, limited permit or eligible.
• BLS & ACLS required or obtained within 30 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity.
• Provide emergency nursing care including medication administration, IV therapy, cardiac monitoring.
• Accurately document patient care in the electronic health record.
• Educate patient and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff.
• Work with other interdisciplinary teams
