Intermountain Health in Northglenn, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department. This full-time night shift opportunity includes weekend rotations and holiday coverage. Requires 2 years of licensed RN experience in an Emergency Department; PALS, ACLS, NIHHS preferred.

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practices and collaboration with the health care team. BLS is required.

Qualifikationen

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. Compact licenses must transfer within 60 days.
• RNs with <12 months experience must obtain BSN within 4 years of hire.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

• Assess: Perform appropriate assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the care team.
• Plan: Develop an individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Implement: Direct the care team, coordinate resources, and manage time and supplies.
• Evaluate: Review outcomes, revise the care plan as needed, and reassess changes.
• Professionalism: Adhere to legal/ethical standards, documentation, and licensure scope.
