Job summary

Bon Secours seeks an Emergency Department RN for St. Francis Downtown. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced, interprofessional setting across a broad patient mix, from short-stay to trauma.

You will diagnose, plan, and execute care with a focus on safety, efficiency, and compassionate service. Ideal candidates will have a nursing degree (ASN/BSN), state RN licensure, and current BLS/ACLS (PALS preferred) with ED or critical care exposure.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (AS or BSN)
• Current BLS and ACLS (PALS preferred) or ability to obtain within stated timeframe

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to plan patient care
• Care for groups of patients in a fast-paced ED setting
• Evaluate and revise the plan of care to meet outcomes
• Serve as point of contact for patient care coordination
• Provide safe medication administration per policy
• Support other duties as assigned
