Jefferson Regional is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department in Pine Bluff, AR. The role involves direct and indirect patient care, coordinating with physicians and nursing staff, and ensuring safe and effective care across units.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school program required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• This is a Safety Sensitive Position.
• Basic proficiency in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
• Adequate verbal and written communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the hospital setting.
• Communicate changes in patient’s condition to physicians, Nurse Manager, and co-workers.
• Delegate duties appropriately and direct staff in delivery of care.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
