RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an RN for the Emergency Department in Toms River, NJ. This Evening shift, Full-Time role offers competitive pay and a supportive, safety‑driven environment.

Ideal candidates hold NJ RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and EPIC EMR experience; Bachelor's preferred and ED experience valued. 3 twelve-hour evening shifts per week promote patient relationships and work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in New Jersey (RN).
• BLS ACLS PALS certifications current.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• At least 1 year of patient care experience in acute care or ED.
• Experience with EMR systems (EPIC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
• Administer medications and provide hands-on patient care with clinical judgment.
• Serve as clinical partner to physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Educate patients and families to support informed decisions.
• Document accurately in the EMR to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and promote teamwork.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical ladder opportunities.
