CHRISTUS Health in Beaumont, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide independent bedside care in a high-demand clinical setting. You will apply the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include a BSN preferred, and at least 1 year of related nursing experience. Current RN license, BLS, and certifications such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC are required or must be obtained within set timeframes.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred.
• All Associates must obtain required certifications within the designated time frame.

Responsabilités

• Provides nursing care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Addresses complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
• Administers medications and treatments using appropriate protocol; monitors side-effects and effectiveness.
• Documents patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given.
• Assesses learning needs and provides education to patients and families; identifies issues and resources.
