Mount Carmel Health System is seeking an Experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department in Westerville, Ohio. This full-time position features three 12-hour shifts (Noon–12:30am), with every third weekend and rotating holidays.

• Provides nursing care, ensures patient safety, promotes evidence-based practice and quality initiatives.
• Assesses and evaluates patient care for an assigned group of patients and develops a plan of care with the family.
• Communicates pertinent information to team members in a timely manner and keeps patient/family updated.
• Documents assessments, interventions and outcomes according to standards and guidelines.
• Assumes responsibility for care provided and documented by other caregivers as appropriate.
