Job summary

Mercy St. Louis Emergency Department is offering a Graduate Nurse Residency – 16‑Week Program. This full‑time night position runs three 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm) and starts with June 2027 or January 2027; includes day‑one benefits and tuition support.

You’ll begin in a high‑acuity ER within a Level 1 Trauma Center, growing clinically and professionally. Eligibility requires graduation from an accredited RN program, current RN licensure (state or compact), and BLS certification (or within 30 days

• Must obtain/maintain a current RN license (state or compact).
• BLS (AHA) required — or completed within 30 days of hire.

Education:
