Mercy is seeking a Patient Care Technician to assist in individualized patient care under supervision. You will perform designated clinical procedures and non-clinical tasks essential to patient well-being, working closely with a healthcare team to meet daily patient goals.

Ideal candidates have strong teamwork and a focus on patient care; Mercy offers 175-hour training within 90 days, with preferred EMT/Paramedic or CNA/CPCT certifications and flexibility for lifting heavy loads during shifts.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED and/or enrollment in a healthcare career program.
• No experience required; Mercy provides 175-hour training within 90 days of hire.
• Preferred EMT, Paramedic or prior patient care experience.
• Preferred CNA, EMT, AUA or CPCT certifications.
• Physical requirements: lift 50 pounds, stand and walk during shifts.
