Job summary

Integrity Alliance Solutions seeks a Nurse Manager for the Emergency Department in Dallas, TX to provide daily clinical and operational leadership in a fast-paced acute care setting. The role focuses on delivering safe, patient-centered care while driving operational excellence, staff engagement, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include staffing control, budgeting, quality improvement, patient flow optimization, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve

Qualifications

• BSN required; RN license in Texas or Multi-State Compact.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS, AHA or ARC within six months of hire.
• TNCC, ENPC or CEN within 18 months of hire.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and clinical leadership for the Emergency Department.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and employee performance.
• Develop collaborative relationships with physicians, patients, and hospital leadership.
• Develop and implement departmental policies and best practices.
• Lead quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Monitor department metrics, patient satisfaction, and throughput.
• Assist with budget preparation and fiscal accountability.
• Coach, mentor, and develop nursing staff.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
