Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; clinical experience preferred.
• CNA certification required; registered with the Division of Health Service Regulation with no substantiated findings.
• BCLS/CPR required.

• Completes clerical duties for patient admissions and medical records.
• Ensures confidential, accurate and timely communication of patient information.
• Handles and screens incoming calls and transmits messages as necessary.
• Communicates with team, patients and families in a professional manner.
• Contributes to a safe, therapeutic environment by following procedures.
• Works in an organized, quiet, efficient manner under stress.
• Performs NA1+4 skills within NA-1 Enhancer Program.
• Provides or assists with personal hygiene and activities of daily living under RN supervision.
• Completes unit responsibilities and assists others when time permits.
• Provides age-appropriate patient care per guidelines.
