Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with active RN license in Maryland or Compact State.
• MSN or currently pursuing MSN.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage care using nursing process, including patient and family education.
• Leads, delegates and mentors team members on the unit.
• Provides formal and informal education for nurses and health professionals/students.
• Oversee Float Pool and Short Stay Observation nursing staff and ED support.
