Holy Cross Health in Silver Spring, MD, seeks a Clinical Educator to join the Emergency Department and Short-term Observation teams. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based patient care and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; MSN or actively enrolled in MSN program.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• Certifications aligned with area of responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Using Quality Caring Model, apply nursing process to plan and manage care for routine patients.
• Leads, delegates and mentors others on the team.
• Provides formal and informal education for nurses and health professionals/students.
• Participates in cross-disciplinary collaboration within Emergency Dept and short-stay observation.
