Responsibilities

• The Administrative Assistant 1 provides entry-level clerical and scheduling support in a clinical setting under close supervision.
• The Administrative Assistant 2 performs a broad range of independent administrative and clerical duties across hospital departments, including patient intake, records management, interdepartmental communication, and scheduling.
