Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Unit Service Technician for the Emergency Department in Jamaica Plain. You will assist with patient transport, phlebotomy, EKGs, equipment cleaning, and room stocking under nurse supervision in a fast-paced setting.

This per diem, part-time role requires a High School Diploma and BLS/CNA/EMT credentials, with strong communication and teamwork to support Patient and Family Centered Care in a busy ED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification required; CNA or EMT credentials recommended.
• Experience in an ED or clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient transport and assist clinical staff.
• Perform EKGs and phlebotomy under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist with secretarial duties and chart/document handling.
• Maintain clean equipment and stocking of patient rooms.
