Job summary

Responsibilities

• In addition to providing clinical care for patients, this position also rotates to oversee the patients and families in ED waiting area.
• Providing assistance to patients upon arrival.
• Assisting the triage RN in identifying medical necessity.
• Supporting and providing information to patients, families and staff.
