Job summary

Confluence Health in Washington State is seeking an Emergency Department Technician to support ED nurses and physicians and help with patient care and transport. This role collaborates with the RN to ensure timely assessment and safety in a fast-paced ED.

The ED Tech provides vital signs, wound care assistance, procedural support, and unit readiness while maintaining patient comfort and dignity.

Qualifications

• WA CNA license and MA-P certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Basic computer skills (Windows, email, passwords).

Responsibilities

• Transport stable patients under nursing direction.
• Assist RN with patient care and vitals.
• Perform routine vitals and ECG as directed.
• Set up for procedures and wound care per RN.
