Job summary

Domnovate is seeking an EMT professional for a 13-week W-2 contract in Corvallis, OR, working 7 a.m.–7:30 p.m. with rotating weekends. You will support admissions, patient care and the clerical work that keeps the ED moving under the clinical team.

Requirements include current Oregon EMT/AEMT/EMT-I credentials, BLS, and at least one year of relevant ED experience, plus comfort with computer applications and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted Oregon EMT, AEMT or EMT-I credential at submission.
• Healthcare-provider BLS certification.
• Experience with computer applications.
• At least one year of relevant experience; prior ED experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support admissions and patient care in ED.
• Provide clerical support to keep department moving.
• Work under clinical team's direction.
• Maintain readiness for rotating shifts and on-call.

Job description

Total Compensation: $28.97–$30.66/hour*

Be part of the action in an emergency department caring for patients from newborns to older adults. Support admissions, patient care and the clerical work that keeps the department moving, working under the direction of the clinical team. Bring your EMT skills, adaptability and steady approach to a setting where each shift presents a different mix of patient needs.

Assignment Overview

• Corvallis, Oregon 97330
• 13-week W-2 contract; 1 opening
• Day shifts, 7 a.m.–7:30 p.m., with rotating weekends.
• 36 guaranteed hours per week.
• Holiday coverage required.
• Actual start date will be confirmed with the facility before an offer.
• Call may be required; standby and callback pay is additional and confirmed before an offer.

What You Bring

• Current unrestricted Oregon EMT, AEMT or EMT-I credential at submission.
• Healthcare-provider BLS.
• Experience or training with computer applications.
• At least one year of relevant experience. Previous hospital emergency department experience is required.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $20.00–$21.69.
