Job summary

Froedtert Health in West Bend, WI, is seeking an Emergency Department Technician (ED Tech) for the on-site, 2nd shift. Under RN supervision, you will perform routine service duties and basic nursing procedures to support patient care, comfort, and safety in the Emergency and Trauma Center.

Requirements include a State of Wisconsin EMT license or CNA/MA certification or equivalent nursing assistant certification, plus a high school diploma. BLS or equivalent is required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Experience as CNA, MA, or EMT required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; reading/writing abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine patient care under RN supervision.
• Perform basic nursing procedures as directed in the ED.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and privacy in the Emergency Department.
