Qualifications

• RN license in good standing; BLS certification.
• Ability to use abstract reasoning in patient assessment.
• Proficiency with Windows and basic computer skills.
• Supervisory experience.
• Maintain current nursing license and unit knowledge.
• Strong communication with patients and families.
• Team leadership and collaboration.
• Ability to lead staffing and resource management.
• English communication skills; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across PACU, inpatient units, Radiology, and anesthesia.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments and orders.
• Monitor and document patient progress; adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and other providers.
• Manage daily schedules and endoscopy staffing.
• Prioritize patient needs based on acuity and urgency.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and health management.
• Respond to emergencies and stabilize patients.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
