Incredible Health is hiring for an Emergency Department Registered Nurse in Arcadia, CA. Open shifts include day and night, with full-time and part-time positions available. Nurses with ER experience across trauma levels and related specialties are encouraged to apply.

Required ADN or higher nursing degree and an active RN license. ACLS/PALS preferred, with strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills to support high-stakes patient care.

Formación

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years ER experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first line of defense for patients needing urgent medical care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injury, or severe medical conditions.
• Assess patients quickly and prioritize care.
• Monitor health conditions, administer medications and treatments, operate and maintain medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans, determining discharge or longer hospital stay.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
