Incredible Health is hiring an Emergency Department RN in Bakersfield, CA. The role requires ADN or higher nursing degree with an active RN license and at least 1 year of ER experience. ACLS/PALS preferred; strong critical thinking and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree and an active RN license.
• ER experience of 1+ year preferred.
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of defense for urgent medical care needs.
• Treat patients with trauma, injury or severe conditions.
• Assess needs, prioritize care, and monitor health status.
• Administer medications and operate medical equipment; respond to emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to plan Disposition.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
