Northbay Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department to deliver compassionate, evidence‑based care following our nursing practice model. You will assess patients, plan and implement care, and collaborate with the care team to promote health and recovery.

The role requires BSN or higher, California RN licensure, and current BLS/ACLS; PALS/ENPC within six months is expected, with TNCC/ATCN preferred. Shift work involves 12‑hour rotations and per diem considerations.

Qualificações

• Minimum six months acute care RN experience
• BSN level or higher required
• Current California RN license and basic life support certifications required

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe, effective nursing care to ED patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for all patients
• Use therapeutic relationships with patients and families and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
