Qualifications

• BSN required.
• One year of management experience required.
• Two years in a leadership RN role may be accepted in lieu of 1 year formal management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of one or more clinical areas and patient care services.
• Interviews, hires, develops and retains staff to build a highly reliable team.
• Manages unit budget, coordinates purchasing and payroll processes, and serves as a clinical resource.
