Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor for the Emergency Department, a Level I Trauma Center. This full-time role supports a fast-paced ED with evening-rotating shifts and a 40-hour work week.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN and RN license, has at least 2 years of RN experience including supervisory exposure, and will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• BSN required and RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience; ED experience preferred.
• One year nursing leadership/supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and leadership for ED nursing staff.
