• Must hold a valid RN license in AZ or a compact state.
• BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required or to be obtained per facility policy.
• 1+ year ED RN experience preferred; 0-2 years of clinical nursing allowed.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care following the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to develop and adjust care plans.
• Respond to emergencies, perform CPR and code team activities as needed.
• Document care promptly and accurately in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care.
