Rutland Regional Medical Center in Vermont offers an RN New Graduate Internship Program in the Emergency Department. This paid, full-time internship supports new graduates as they begin professional practice with structured mentorship and hands-on nursing across age groups.

Minimum education includes graduation from an accredited nursing program, with BSN preferred. Vermont licensure, BLS, and unit-specific certifications (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC) are required, with RRMC Nurse Residency post-hire

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• New Graduate Nurses must successfully complete the RRMC Nurse Residency Program; participation to begin post-hire.
• Licensed in the State of Vermont; BLS certification.
• Unit-specific certifications (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC) per department guidelines.

• Collaborate with patients, families and the care team to plan and evaluate care.
