This role emphasizes clinical excellence and patient advocacy, with responsibilities spanning assessment, patient education, and coordination with physicians and ancillary staff. Required AS degree, RN license, and BLS; ICU/telemetry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years Medical Surgical Nursing Experience is required.
• Telemetry experience is required.
• Emergency Department experience is preferred.
• Hospital experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence-based care to emergency patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate care with ancillary services.
• Serve as patient advocate.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
