Baptist Health in Sanford, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department at our SilverLeaf location. This PRN, night shift role focuses on delivering safe, evidence-based emergency care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will educate patients and families and coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years Medical-Surgical and telemetry experience, with a hospital background.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years Medical Surgical Nursing Experience (required)
• Telemetry Experience (required)
• Emergency Department Experience (preferred)
• Hospital Experience (required)
• Diploma Nurses must have 5+ years of progressive care.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, evidence-based care to emergency patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Coordinate care with ancillary services
• Serve as a patient advocate
